Location: Houston, TX (Territory covers Greater Houston and the Gulf Coast)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000 to $140,000 per year Build your own book of business selling custom corrugated packaging across one of the strongest industrial markets in the country. Must-Haves 3+ years of packaging sales experience, including corrugated sales Proven success selling into the Houston market and winning new business Strong understanding of custom packaging versus commodity sales Hunter mindset with the ability to manage a territory independently Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and Power Point
What You'll Do: Own and grow a Houston packaging sales territory through prospecting and relationship building Sell custom corrugated boxes and packaging solutions to manufacturing, logistics, and distribution clients Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs assessment to quoting and closing Expand existing accounts across Greater Houston and the Gulf Coast Visit clients in person to build relationships and close business Prepare RFQs, RFPs, pricing strategies, and product recommendations Partner with production and design teams on custom, cost-effective solutions Maintain a strong CRM pipeline and accurate forecasts Nice-to-Haves Established network in Houston's manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors Experience selling into energy, food and beverage, or industrial manufacturing Bachelor's degree
