About the role
We are supporting an established engine leasing platform in the search for an Aviation Leasing Contract Manager to join its contract management function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customer relationships, commercial contracts, and lease administration, supporting the smooth execution of engine leasing transactions throughout the lease lifecycle. The role is based on source material describing responsibility for customer support, contract administration, lease delivery coordination, and lease management activities.
The Opportunity:
Play a key role in supporting commercial lease transactions from contract through to delivery and return. Work closely with internal teams and airline customers across a broad range of operational and contractual matters. Responsibilities:
Manage contract administration activities to support engine lease transactions and customer commitments. Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring documentation and transaction information is delivered accurately and on time. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support lease deliveries, returns, and ongoing portfolio activities. Maintain accurate contract and lease records while supporting transaction approvals and process efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvements across systems, procedures, and operational workflows.
Requirements:
Experience in aviation contract management, aircraft or engine leasing, or a related technical or commercial environment. Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Well organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
