About the role

FOX Tech is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Rainmaker Ad Server domain, accountable for core ad serving systems across the streaming ecosystem. You will guide multi-quarter delivery, reliability, and technical health while partnering with Product, Data Science, ML, and Ads Ops to drive monetization and delivery quality at scale. You will own architecture decisions, build a high-performing team, and elevate engineering rigor with strong design reviews and incident management.
