About the role

Endoscopic Procedure Support RoleCDHA has an immediate opening for a dedicated team member to support endoscopic procedures in its fast-paced clinical environment in Concord, NC. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of the performing physician, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure procedures are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the physician during endoscopic procedures as directed. Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies. Support patient care before, during, and after procedures. Ensure proper cleaning, handling, and storage of endoscopic instruments. Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required.1–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.

Actively participates in performance improvement required accreditations, licensure, and certifications in good standing. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Responds promptly and effectively to regulatory or procedural changes.
