If you are energized by people, inspired by beautiful design, motivated by achieving goals, and passionate about creating experiences that people will remember for years to come, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT EXPERIENCEConsult with clients, planners, and industry professionals to understand their vision and recommend creative floral and event solutions. Meet with clients onsite or offsite to develop event concepts and build strong, lasting relationships. Create compelling event proposals and deliver contracts within 48 hours of the client consultation. Own the client relationship from initial inquiry through event completion, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience. Process deposits and payments accurately and in accordance with company policy. Respond to client questions and concerns with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset. Follow up after events to gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and generate repeat business and referrals. EVENT COORDINATIONTranslate sold event concepts into accurate product requests and floral production sheets. Coordinate with Purchasing and internal teams to ensure products, materials, and event details are ready when needed. Communicate clearly with the departments responsible for designing, producing, and executing each event. Partner with teammates, vendors, and clients to ensure the final event reflects what was promised and sold. TEAM & CULTUREContribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by supporting teammates and stepping in wherever needed. Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards consistently. Represent Dr Delphinium with professionalism, enthusiasm, integrity, and a commitment to our Core Values. Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the Dr Delphinium brand. Requirements 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or client service environment preferred Guest service mentality; is sociable and friendly and has a genuine desire to serve the customer Influencing, leading and delegating abilities Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Self-starter who is energetic and flexible Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations Prioritizes responsibilities to achieve results Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel An eye for creativity and design, along with attention to detail
