About the role

Up to ~$60,000 Bonus Potential You provide leadership across an operation of approximately 20 employees, including: Field crews through the Field Coordinator Surveying and project operations Lead day-to-day office and survey operations Manage and develop technical teams Oversee project and field operations Support business development and marketing initiatives Partner with senior leadership on growth strategy Ensure projects and teams operate efficiently Help build and scale the Virginia Beach operation 5–10+ years of relevant surveying experience Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience Strong understanding of survey operations Experience managing survey teams and/or a surveying office Ability to contribute to business development and growth Excellent bonus opportunity — potentially up to approximately $60,000 / ~30% of salary Significant leadership and career growth opportunity This is more than a traditional survey management position.
