About the role

SpaceXAI is hiring an IT Specialist to join the on-site IT Services team. This full-time role provides second-line technical guidance, resolves complex hardware, software, and network issues, and collaborates with Level 1 and senior IT staff to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT/helpdesk, strong Windows/macOS knowledge, and experience with AD, ServiceNow, Jira, and server administration.
