About the role

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Pipeline Growth: Drive lead generation, qualify industrial OEM opportunities, and proactively manage the sales funnel from discovery to deal closure. Consultative Technical Selling: Uncover client operational bottlenecks and design customized manufacturing, engineering, and supply-chain solutions tailored to complex customer specifications. Multi-Stakeholder Account Engagement: Build and navigate trusted relationships across all organizational levels within target manufacturers (procurement, program management, engineering, and executive leadership).Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal supply chain and engineering teams to align production capabilities with client program requirements and timelines.
Candidate Qualifications: Industry Background: Demonstrated success selling within manufacturing, precision engineering, or industrial supply-chain environments. Exposure to sectors such as automotive, heavy equipment/off-highway, commercial vehicles, rail/locomotive, marine, or energy/oil & gas is strongly preferred. Consultative Acumen: Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise procurement processes and translate sophisticated production capabilities into commercial solutions.
Work Style: Driven, autonomous self-starter with excellent communication skills, high business acumen, and a collaborative mindset. Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
