Position Summary: Training Coordinators are responsible for training, evaluating, and supporting new-hire employees throughout onboarding and initial training. The role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, develop training plans, and support the ongoing development of teams and individual employees. The Training Coordinator promotes a culture of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity by ensuring employees are properly trained, evaluated, and supported in accordance with company standards, best practices, JBS/OWS, and applicable safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct new-hire onboarding, on-the-job training, and competency evaluations. Assist employees with system access and provide training guidance. Conduct PIT assessments, training, and recertification. Identify training needs and support employee development. Create, update, and maintain JBS/OWS, training materials, and competency tests. Support Safety, Quality, HR, and Manufacturing training and audit requirements. Perform process audits and provide feedback to employees and leadership. Maintain accurate employee training records, evaluations, and required documentation. Own and maintain the E-Versatility Tool and keep training information current. Promote PPE compliance, safe work practices, and company safety standards. Participate in continuous improvement activities such as I See I Do, DISS Ideas, KATA, TQW, Kaizen, and other initiatives. Lead by example and support a culture of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity. Remain flexible to support business needs and perform other duties as required.
