About the role

Tractor Trailer DriverSafely operate a tractor/trailer and transport products to and from specified destinations in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Load and unload trailers, which may include manual loading, palletized loading/unloading, use of a two-wheeler, and lifting product overhead. Transport chips, dips, and more to large grocery stores, Frito-Lay manufacturing facilities, rural storage units, and other traffic centers. Obtain signatures of receipt, pick up returns, complete logs and paperwork related to deliveries, and review invoices and/or manifests. Use an electronic logging device, such as a tablet or onboard computer, and complete pre- and post-trip truck inspections. Communicate with customers, sales drivers, and dispatch throughout the day or night. On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training.
