About the role

Job TitleHelp clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you'll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support an assigned caseload of families.

What you'll do: Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions. Teach skills through structured activities and play. Record accurate data so the clinical team can track each client's progress. Communicate with your BCBA, team members, and families. Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.

What we're looking for: An interest in working with children and young adults. Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan. Reliable attendance for assigned sessions. Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome. Interested in meaningful part-time work? Apply to join our Cary team.
