Gas South, LLC. IT & PMO department seeks an IT ServiceDesk Intern to support end-user requests and improve Helpdesk response times. The role focuses on customer service, learning technical resolutions, and documenting solutions. The intern will respond to inquiries by phone, email, or chat, diagnose basic software/hardware issues, set up end-user devices, and escalate complex problems as needed. May start May 15, 2023; ends August 2023.
