About the role
- Follow up on inbound leads and source new opportunities through outbound calls and emails
- Prep for every prospect call with real company research, not a quick skim
- Prepare and deliver quotes
- Organize and run product and service demos
- Sell across our full offering, from accounting and advisory to software implementation
- Keep deals moving and own the follow-up so nothing stalls
- Build and deliver client assessments
- Work hand in hand with our implementation and maintenance teams so every client starts strong and stays that way
- What You Bring 5+ years of sales experience with a real track record of closing
- A genuine concentration in construction. There is more than one way in, and any one of these counts: accounting or financial work serving the construction industry, owning or operating a construction business yourself, or selling construction services or construction software
- Strong, hands-on fluency with AI models. This one is not negotiable. You use AI tools every day and know how to put them to work in a real sales workflow
- Enough technical confidence to learn and navigate ERP and software systems, even if you are not an expert in any single one
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to juggle, organize, and prioritize without dropping the ball
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A real desire to grow with the firm and take on more over time
- You have sold consulting or accounting services
- You know your way around specific construction ERP systems
- Familiarity with Intuit products, especially QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES)
- You have worked at a construction PM or tech company like Procore, Adaptive, Sage Construction, or Foundation
- You have used a mainstream CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
