About the role
Project Manager – Electrical Construction We're working with a leading electrical contractor delivering large-scale industrial & data center projects across the region. This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-value electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, taking full ownership of project delivery, financial performance, client relationships and team leadership. Data center experience is a plus, but it's not essential. The priority is finding someone who has successfully managed electrical construction scopes valued at $10M+ on major commercial or industrial projects and is ready to bring that expertise into one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of large commercial/industrial/data center electrical projects from award through close-out.
Own project profitability, budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
Manage schedules, procurement, risk and project resources to ensure successful delivery.
Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and field leadership.
Drive change order management, contract administration and commercial performance.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Champion collaboration, accountability and operational excellence across the project team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing electrical construction projects with scopes exceeding $10M.Strong commercial and financial management skills.
Experience leading project teams on complex commercial or industrial builds.
Data center or heavy industrial experience is desirable.
Excellent client-facing, leadership and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a track record of delivering successful projects.
