About the role

Director Of Technical DesignThe Director of Technical Design is responsible for ensuring that Brand quality fit, desired appearance, and quality construction standards are met and maintained. This position will lead a team of Technical Designers. Works closely with cross functional team to enhance and evolve processes and procedures as business evolves; broaden technical knowledge and expertise, while continually striving to elevate the quality of the product. Ensures brand integrity through consistency of fit, keeping the customer top of mind. The Director of Technical design reports to the Sr. Director of Sourcing, Technical Design & Sustainability. This is an onsite role working from our HQ in Miami, Florida. Relocation assistance is available.
