About the role

I'm partnering with a growing property management real estate client on an Accounting Manager position. This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys overseeing financial operations, driving process improvements, and supporting a multi-property portfolio environment.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead daily accounting functions and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and reporting activities. Oversee general ledger maintenance, cash management, and financial analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning efforts. Review financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to leadership. Coordinate audit support activities and maintain strong accounting controls. Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred. Accounting leadership experience within a real estate or property management environment Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting operations. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets. Experience with Yardi Voyager and/or Real Page Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
