About the Role: Greyhound Lines, Flix is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Agent to join our team in Sparks, NV! Responsibilities:
  • Assist passengers with ticketing, reservations, and travel inquiries at the terminal
  • Provide accurate information regarding schedules, routes, fares, and policies
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using point-of-sale systems
  • Coordinate with boarding and operations staff to ensure on-time departures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area
  • Assist passengers with special needs, baggage questions and general travel support
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or stressful situations
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale or ticketing systems
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus
