Job Title: AML Analyst Location: Orlando, FL Rate Range: $22/hr - $24/hr Duration: 12+ Months Job Overview: We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to support AML operations, data review, transaction monitoring, and project coordination. Training may be provided to candidates who are eager to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Review and validate data across multiple systems. Support transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, and compliance-related activities. Assist with project coordination, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Maintain accuracy, meet performance targets, and follow established processes. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Experience in banking, financial services, data validation, or project coordination is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, learn new processes, and work in a target-driven environment.
