About the role
- Run day to day operations for the US and Canada, and oversee operations and customer service in India.
- Set KPIs for every manager and review them on a regular schedule.
- Build the systems, processes and reporting that let us launch and run new cities without chaos.
- Travel to India and Toronto to work with the teams in person and keep quality high.
- Hire and lead regional managers across four regions as we expand in 2027.Keep turnaround times, service quality and customer satisfaction on target everywhere.
- Act on the Founder's behalf with the teams and bring back a clear picture of what is happening on the ground.
- What you bring8 or more years in operations, with experience leading teams across more than one location.
- Experience managing managers, not only individual contributors.
- You have built systems and KPIs from scratch in a growing company.
- Experience working with teams in India or other international locations.
- Flexible hours. Your teams sit in several time zones, so expect some early morning or evening calls.
- Readiness to travel internationally 5 to 6 times a year.
- Clear, direct communication and the judgment to act without waiting to be told.
- Experience in customer service operations, global mobility, immigration, background screening or other regulated services is a plus, not a requirement.

- Compensation and location
- Base salary is $150,000 to $190,000, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus of 15% to 20% tied to operating targets.
