Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in textile manufacturing, upholstery, or production.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial sewing machines. Read and interpret work orders, patterns, or instructions to determine sewing requirements. Measure, cut, and align materials accurately before sewing. Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards. Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines, such as cleaning and oiling. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Sewing Machine Operator or similar role. Familiarity with industrial sewing machines. Ability to read and follow technical instructions, patterns, or blueprints. Strong attention to detail and precision in sewing.
