About the role

OTR Engineered Solutions is seeking a Global Product Strategy Manager to define our long‐term global product strategy for wheels, tires, and track systems. You will own the portfolio, technology roadmaps, market intelligence, and the innovation pipeline, aligning with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and OEM customers. You will lead market sizing, competitive intelligence, and business cases, guiding investments and portfolio lifecycle decisions to drive profitable growth.
