About the role
CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Compliance & Transformation Lead in Arlington, TX to drive financial process improvements and regulatory compliance across programs. You will partner with program offices, finance, and operations to deliver results under FAR/DFARS rules and customer requirements. The role requires a minimum of 8 years in financial management, a Finance/Accounting background, and preferably an MBA, with DoD contracting experience and US citizenship.
