About the role

Overview In this role you will build and maintain client- and team-facing servicing applications as part of Rocket’s Servicing Technology. You will work across the stack to deliver real products in an AI-native engineering environment, guided by mentors and reviews. Expect collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features, write tests, and maintain clear documentation. You’ll collaborate on modernizing a System of Record, deploying on AWS, and embracing AI-driven coding tools to improve speed and quality. Compensation / Benefitshealth benefits 401K retirement planpaid time offannual bonus eligibilitymedical, dental, and vision benefits Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions across front end (Next.js/React) and back end (.NET/C#, NestJS GraphQL)Build new features and improve existing functionality Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Write and maintain automated tests for reliability and performance Deploy and support applications on AWS and Amazon EKS via CI/CD pipelines Identify and resolve bugs in a timely manner Use AI code-generation tools (Git Hub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in daily workflow Create and maintain concise documentation for code, APIs, and systems Key requirements 1–3 years of professional software development experience Exposure to Next.js or React (front end)Exposure to. NET/C# and/or NestJS GraphQL (back end)Experience with or willingness to learn GraphQL integration layers and API development Familiarity with AWS and container deployments (EKS/Kubernetes) or eagerness to learn Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing Experience with AI code generation tools (Git Hub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)Strong software development fundamentals Git proficiency Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration skills Strong communication Team collaboration Ability to work independently Next.js React.
