About the role
Leading a Primary Care Regional Sales Team, the full-time Primary Care Regional Business Manager (Neuroscience) will execute strategies for operational excellence, manage promotional budgets, and achieve sales targets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Mobilize, motivate, and develop a team of Primary Care Account Specialists to achieve performance goals
Consistently meet sales targets and deliver goals set by the National Sales Manager through effective coaching and account management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies and local sales solutions for the region
Required qualifications
Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, specifically in Primary Care sales
Current experience in leading a Primary Care sales team is essential
Understanding of infield pharmaceutical roles beyond sales
Competent use of computers, including spreadsheets and graphics packages
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with ABPI qualification preferred
