About the role
Service CoordinatorWe are looking to add another member to our close-knit team in Jacksonville. The position requires great customer service skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, upbeat attitude. Our work environment is casual, energetic and fun!Your responsibilities will include:Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointmentsScheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM SoftwareCorresponding with designers on consultation schedulingGreeting clients, and directing people accordingly from front deskAnswering phones, directing phone calls, and responding to online/email inquiriesCorresponding with clients and customersOrganizing paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting departmentScheduling installations and working closely with our designers to meet the needs of the customerPurchasing products utilizing our preferred vendorsSpecific Requirements:Strong organization skills and ability to multi-taskComputer experience including Word and ExcelExperience with a Salesforce based platform a plusAttention to detailStrong written and oral communication skills are essentialJob Type: Full-TimePay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experienceBenefits:Health Insurance401K PlanPaid Time OffSchedule:Day ShiftMonday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PMWork Location:13881 Plantation Rd.
