Temporary Front DeskWe are excited to share a new opportunity for a temporary Front Desk in the Torrey Pines/La Jolla area! You will assist an exciting company in the medical industry! This is a full-time, Mon Fri (8am to 5pm) position, in-office, paying $22 per hour.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience as a Front Desk Administrator and preferably in an office environment. (Recent experience preferred)
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be organized
  • Have excellent customer service and phone skills
  • Have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good data entry skills with high accuracy
  • ProfessionalMust like to troubleshoot and like helping people (and to find solutions)
  • Be patient and confidential
  • Able to work in-office
  • Have reliable transportation to the Torrey Pines/La Jolla area
  • Have a High School diploma or GED.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and department (office and building)
  • Answer telephone calls from vendors, physicians and patients and assist as needed
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (pens, forms and brochures)
  • Route calls, questions, complaints, and requests to appropriate department
  • Information calls assist with phone numbers/addresses from the client's website and directory
  • Direct patients to doctor offices and ambulatory centers
  • Vendor check-in logs provided to vendors for sign-in.
  • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
