About the role

Assistant Administrative For Relations And Services To Members The SICTIAM, a major player in the digital and energy transformation of local authorities, is looking for an Assistant Administrative to strengthen the Direction of Relations and Services to Members. Main mission: The Administrative Assistant Relations and Services to Members contributes to administrative management while playing an essential role in coordination between members, suppliers, and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include: Reception and management of calls: Taking charge of calls related to project and purchase requests; Understanding and qualifying member requests; Providing general answers on projects and purchases. Administrative management of incidents: Entering and following up on incident tickets and assistance requests in our relationship with market holders; Managing complaints efficiently and professionally. Management of purchase requests: Providing support and advice to our members; Ensuring the administrative follow-up of purchase requests. Follow-up of member satisfaction: Monitoring and analyzing member satisfaction indicators; Proposing improvements based on member feedback; Participating in meetings with market holders to advocate for improvements in operational processes. Profile Sought You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in customer relations, customer support, logistics coordination, or call centers. Knowledge in terms of management, organization, and communication: Ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests with rigor and organization; Efficient priority management and respect for deadlines; Excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure optimal communication; Ability to interact with various interlocutors (members, suppliers, internal teams); Affinity for telephone contact; General knowledge of the territorial environment and public service sense; Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Ease and agility in using computer tools (internet browser, multi-screens, multi-tabs, customer relationship software); Knowledge of ODOO would be an asset. Special Conditions Of Exercise Position open(s) on the following grade(s) of the Territorial Public Service: Senior Administrative Assistant First Class, Administrative Assistant Legal Basis Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee may be recruited on this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
