About the role

About Carbon Remodeling Carbon Remodeling is a rapidly growing residential remodeling company with four offices across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. We complete hundreds of projects for Southern California homeowners, specializing in roofing, windows, exterior coatings, painting, landscaping, and other major home improvements. Our founders have generated tens of millions of dollars in sales and financing transactions across the home improvement industry. We’re investing aggressively in marketing, training, and expansion as we build Carbon into one of Southern California’s leading remodeling companies.
The Role: We’re looking for Inside Sales Representatives who are confident on the phone, motivated by performance, and comfortable turning conversations into appointments. Your primary responsibility will be to confirm scheduled appointments, reduce cancellations and no-shows, and set new appointments with homeowners who are interested in improving their homes. You’ll work with leads generated through Carbon’s marketing efforts and existing customer pipeline. You’ll contact homeowners by phone and text, build rapport, identify their needs, answer basic questions, overcome objections, and secure qualified appointments for our in-home sales team. This is a high-volume, phone-based sales position where consistency, communication, urgency, and follow-up matter. Why CarbonWe’re already completing hundreds of projects across Southern California and rapidly expanding our sales organization across four offices. This is an opportunity to join a company during a major growth stage, receive hands-on sales training, and build a career in a performance-driven environment. You’ll have access to a steady lead pipeline, sales systems, coaching, and a team focused on helping you improve. You’re not just making calls. You’re creating the appointments that drive Carbon’s sales growth.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
