Job Description
Service Receptionist (BDC Receptionist):
- Join our growing Service Team! We’re looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Service Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.
- This position pays $17-$18 per hour
- The position requires a flexible schedule and must be willing to work Saturdays.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome customers and provide exceptional service in person and by phone.
Schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-up.
Coordinate communication between customers, Service Advisors, Parts, and insurance companies.
Notify customers when parts arrive and coordinate installation appointments.
Assist with service paperwork, data entry, and vehicle check-ins.
Complete new vehicle damage checks and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) paperwork.
Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Automotive dealership or service experience is a plus.
