An established and growing online retailer is revolutionizing their market with a customer-first approach, white-glove delivery, and high-quality products across the US. With over 25,000 daily visitors and a proven track record of innovation, the company sets the standard for selection, quality, convenience, and service in eCommerce home furnishings. They are seeking a Director of Paid Search to lead all customer acquisition and revenue-generating digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and growth. Beyond Google Search, you’ll scale marketing efforts into other performance media channels. This role offers tremendous opportunity for growth, overseeing direct-to-consumer website marketing and building out a high-performing marketing team. Job Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy : Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid search strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. Keyword Research & Analysis : Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to inform campaign strategies. Budget Management : Oversee and analyze campaign budget management, ensuring optimal allocation of spend across platforms. Collaboration : Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, goals, and overall marketing strategy. Performance Optimization : Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance. Team Leadership : Mentor and lead marketing associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Reporting & Insights : Provide performance reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Screening Requirements Experience: 5+ years managing revenue-driving paid media campaigns with proven expertise in Pmax, Google Shopping, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid search platforms optimized for ROAS, CPA, ROI, AOV, and other KPIs.
Skills: Strong understanding of paid search strategy, performance metrics, and conversion optimization. Experience with budget management and allocation across multiple channels. Analytical Mindset : Deep understanding of data, reporting, and performance analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Industry Knowledge : Experience in e-commerce is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Salary Range $140-150k annually (plus bonus!), based on experience.
