Dough Maker and Prep Cook Are you a skilled and organized person who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We are seeking a talented dough person to join our kitchen staff and contribute to the success of our restaurant. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting delicious fresh dough. In addition to honing your culinary skills, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment where teamwork and creativity are highly valued. Main Responsibilities of a Cook: Preparing workstations, making dough, and cleaning kitchen equipment. Mixing dough. Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen. Checking the quality of ingredients. Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
Cook Job Requirements: Prior experience as a cook. Skilled in operating kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques. Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation procedures. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 yrs old or older.
