Company: 3 Dots Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Remote Employment Type: Part time or Full time Do you love planning trips, finding great experiences, and helping people turn ideas into actual plans? 3 Dots is looking for a Travel & Experiences Booking Specialist to help clients plan and book travel, entertainment, and experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys researching options, comparing choices, coordinating details, and creating memorable experiences for clients. You'll work with a wide range of travel and experience requests, including: • Hotels and resorts • Cruises • Airfare and transportation • Vacation packages • Concerts and live entertainment • Sporting events • Tours, excursions and activities • Car rentals • Special events and experiences • Domestic and international travel What You'll Do • Research travel, accommodations, transportation, events and activities based on client preferences and budgets • Compare options and present recommendations that fit each client's needs • Assist with booking hotels, cruises, flights, car rentals, activities, events and other travel services • Coordinate reservations and keep trip details organized • Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process • Help clients create customized vacations, weekend getaways, group trips and special experiences • Research destinations, attractions, restaurants, tours and entertainment • Follow up on reservations, changes and special requests • Provide thoughtful customer service and attention to detail from the initial request through the completed booking What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, responsive and genuinely enjoys travel and helping people. You do not need previous travel industry experience. Training is provided. Experience in any of the following can be helpful but is not required: • Travel planning or hospitality • Hotels, resorts or cruises • Customer service • Event planning • Entertainment or ticketing • Sales or client service • Reservations or booking systems • Administrative or coordination roles The most important qualities are a strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to research and find the right options for each client.
