Job Description SUMMARY:

This position is located in Dallas with the office open from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Respond to routine inquiries and provide information regarding departmental services and programs. Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area. Provide administrative assistance to the Dean, department leadership, faculty, and staff. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. Prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, meeting minutes, and other office documents. Manage and maintain departmental records, files, and databases. Assist with data entry and recordkeeping activities. Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Manage and monitor office supplies and inventory. Assist with document preparation, copying, scanning, and filing. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling tools).PREFERRED EDUCATION / SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:Prior customer service experience. Prior administrative experience.
