What You'll Do:
As aSupport Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll: Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives. Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.
What You Need:
Ahigh school diploma or equivalentor an Associate degree in Human Services.2 Years previous work experience with children and familiesA willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
