About the role

DutiesAssist the Group Practice Manager (GPM) with the development, implementation, and tracking of short-range and long-range goals.Use databases to pull standardized reports, analyze basic data, and provide recommendations and information to Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) team leader, Group Practice Manager (GPM), and Executive Staff.Monitor data quality, data security, and data timeliness.Assist team leadership in writing long/short-term business plans with consideration of the overall Medical Treatment Facility's strategy by compiling and analyzing historical data, as well as forecasting future workload.Track and manage empanelment of providers, ensuring optimal enrollment based on staffing/support.Identify trends and patterns, problem areas, causal relationships, and develop alternative courses of action from guidelines or precedents to meet strategic plan objectives and policies.Evaluate the operational effectiveness of a variety of health care programs in terms of mission accomplishment.
