Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking ordersResponsibilitiesPerformance of the essential functions of this position requires the team member to possess the minimum qualifications listed below. These functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios) Prepare beverages following recipesServe beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffinsReceive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Keep the bar area cleanMaintain stock of clean mugs and platesComply with health and safety regulationsThe minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following: Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/WaitressHands-on experience with brewing equipmentKnowledge of sanitation regulationsFlexibility to work various shiftsExcellent communication skillsSalary15.00 - 16.00 Week TypePart-time BrandGreenWay Markets This is a job posting site.
