The successful candidate will be the enterprise execution leader, responsible for ensuring that executive strategy is effectively translated into measurable business outcomes. This role demands a seasoned professional with 10 to 15+ years' experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution, and a proven track record of driving large, ambiguous initiatives to completion. The AVP will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, maintaining an integrated initiative portfolio, and establishing governance frameworks that align strategic objectives with execution commitments. They must be a strategic thinker with a high level of business acumen, capable of leading without formal authority, and influencing across functions to hold initiatives accountable to outcomes and enterprise impact. Key responsibilities for the AVP include enterprise portfolio leadership, strategy-to-execution leadership, executive enablement, and decision support. The role requires a leader with strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently with a strong bias toward action. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting large, enterprise transformations, experience in change management, and the ability to challenge leaders constructively. They should be adept at data interpretation, and insight, and be recognized as thought leaders in organizational strategy and data-driven operations.
