About the role

ROLE SUMMARY: Goldco is a leading precious metals company specializing in helping Americans protect their retirement savings with gold and silver. Known for our top-rated customer service, Goldco offers both direct purchases of physical metals and Gold IRAs. Affiliate and influencer marketing is a critical and strategic channel for Goldco because it extends the reach of our internal lead generation program and leverages the social credibility of third parties to build trust in the Goldco brand. Success in this channel requires that the mechanics underneath it are sound, namely landing page setup, partner production tracking, attribution decisions, and campaign deployments. We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Operations Manager to own that operational layer. You will build and deploy the landing pages behind each affiliate and influencer campaign, own tracking and attribution across Everflow, Salesforce, and Unbounce, administer the partner-facing reporting our partners rely on, deploy the content and assets that make partners effective, and track creator deliverables against their contracts. This is a hands-on builder's role for someone who takes satisfaction in executional excellence and attention to detail. You will be measured on attribution accuracy, campaign launch speed, content quality and landing page conversion to leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Landing Pages & Conversion Testing
  • Build and deploy landing pages in Unbounce for every affiliate and influencer campaign and ensure the
correct tracking links are in place before launch.
  • Own the landing page A/B testing roadmap and run structured tests to produce data and insights that drive conversion performance over time.
  • Partner with internal UX and design resources for page updates. Maintain a template and component library so new partner campaigns launch in days rather than weeks.
  • Ensure every page meets brand, accessibility, and disclosure standards before it goes live. Tracking, Attribution & Campaign Setup
  • Own tracking link generation, UTM architecture, and post back configuration so every lead is attributed to theright partner and campaign.
  • Define the Salesforce campaign structure and requirements needed for accurate lead and spend tracking,
partner with Tech to configure it, and validate and QA what is delivered.
  • Partner with Tech on pixel and tag implementation, and on anything requiring development work.
  • Own pre-launch QA: verify every link, pixel, redirect, and campaign record fires correctly before a campaign goes live.
  • Ensure the production data that drives partner payment is accurate at the source, and flag discrepancies
promptly to the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Director, who owns payment and partner-facing resolution. Everflow & Partner-Facing Operations
  • Administer Everflow end to end: partner accounts, offers, tracking links, caps, and reporting views.
  • Ensure every partner has accurate, timely, self-serve visibility into their own lead flow and production.
  • Operationally onboard new partners once an insertion order is signed — account setup, tracking links, landing pages, and assets — so partners can begin promoting quickly.
  • Maintain the documentation, naming conventions, and standard operating procedures that keep the program organized as the partner base grows. Partner Content & Asset Deployment
  • Brief vendors and internal Creative team to write creator talking points, scripts, and landing page copy, and produce videos and branded assets as needed. Can handle simpler content needs directly or via AI.
  • Deploy video and supporting content onto landing pages and distribute current branding assets to partners.
  • Route all partner-facing content and assets through Legal for approval before anything goes live.
  • Maintain a current, organized asset library so partners and internal teams are always working from approved, up-to-date materials. Partner Deliverable Tracking & Contract Compliance
  • Track creator and influencer deliverables against each insertion order — podcast reads, social posts, email
sends, video placements, and other committed activity.
  • Verify that committed deliverables actually ran, and document what was delivered and when.
  • Flag misses, delays, and deviations to the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Director promptly so they can be addressed with the partner directly. Sales Funnel Analysis & Reporting
  • Track leads and qualified leads through the sales funnel in Salesforce by partner.
  • Partner with Analytics to build and maintain the reporting that leadership, Sales, and partners rely on.
  • Identify breakdowns — e.g. stalled leads, attribution gaps — and work with Affiliate leadership and Sales to resolve them. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Required
  • 5+ years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or affiliate operations, with hands-on ownership of tracking and attribution in a performance or lead-generation environment.
  • Hands-on landing page building and testing — Unbounce, Framer, Leadpages, or comparable, including
building pages independently and running structured A/B tests that produce usable answers.
  • Affiliate tracking platform experience — Everflow, Impact, CJ, Tune, Partnerize, or comparable, including
offers, tracking links, post backs, and partner-facing reporting.
  • Working Salesforce fluency. Comfortable with campaigns, lead records, funnel stages, and reports, and able to specify requirements clearly for tech when support is required.
  • Tracking and attribution rigor. Command of UTM architecture, pixels, and tag management, with a QA
discipline that catches errors before launch.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Can run many concurrent campaigns, partners, and assets
without losing track of what is live, what is approved, and what is still outstanding.
  • Comfort working within legal and compliance review, including disclosure requirements for affiliate and
creator content.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. This role sits between tech, marketing, legal, and sales and depends on
clarity, follow-through, and a partnership mindset. Preferred
  • Experience in precious metals, retirement services, wealth management, or another trust-driven consumer finance category.
  • Basic HTML and CSS for landing page troubleshooting and customization.
  • Familiarity with BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or equivalent
  • Experience supporting influencer, creator, or podcast partnership programs.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher The expected salary range for this role is between $100-$150K + a commission based incentive tied to sales volume. The base salary range for this position is listed above. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
