About the role
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing employee leave laws, the remote Leave Law Compliance Consultant will provide consulting support on policy implementation, create educational content, and engage with clients to ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal leave provisions.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and prepare legislative updates on employer leave law proposals across various levels
Draft and review employer leave law policies for compliance and provide practical guidance on implementation
Create and present educational content for internal teams and clients regarding employee leave laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Juris Doctor required
Three or more years of related work experience in advising clients and developing leave policies
Preferred experience in a law firm
Strong command of employee leave laws and their interaction with group health plan benefits
