Location:
Fully Remote Salaries range from $140k-$175k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus Schemes up to 20% and 9/80 schedule

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design of P&C substations, including delivery of complex engineering solutions as well as QA/QC and EOR if applicable Prepare scopes of work, develop cost estimates, and lead projects from initial concept through to construction Act as the primary client point of contact, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development The successful candidate must have/show: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical EngineeringPE License (Desired but not essential)7+ years experience in protection & control Extensive design experience Relay settings is preferred, not essential
