- Show homes to active buyers
- Conduct buyer consultations alongside team leadership
- Follow up with active and past clients
- Assist clients through the home search and offer process
- Coordinate showings and communication Lead Follow Up & Prospecting
- Dedicated daily prospecting and CRM follow-up time
- Respond quickly to inbound leads
- Call, text, and nurture active opportunities
- Maintain strong communication and organization Open Houses
- Host team open houses
- Convert walk-in traffic into appointments and clients
- Follow up with leads after events Database & Past Client Experience
- Help organize quarterly client gifts
- Assist with past client touch campaigns
- Maintain relationships and improve retention/referrals Team Operations
- Maintain CRM notes and client communication
- Coordinate with the listing team and operations staff
