$32-$36/hour Full-time, non-exempt, onsite Potential annual performance bonus of $2,000-$5,000benefits Designer Window Supply is seeking a highly organized, systems-minded Business Operations Coordinator to help keep our sales organization, financial administration, showroom, CRM, and business systems running accurately and efficiently. This position supports revenue growth by removing administrative work from the sales team, maintaining accurate business information, keeping contracts and customer payments moving, coordinating lead flow, and identifying opportunities to simplify or automate repetitive work. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, catches details before they become problems, enjoys improving processes, and can work independently across multiple areas of a small business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone behind a sales-driven organization and wants the opportunity to improve how a growing small business operates. Designer Window Supply is a specialized window and door supplier serving custom residential construction and remodeling projects. We collaborate with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, installers, and manufacturers to guide window and door projects from product selection through ordering and delivery. Success means: Customer contracts, deposits, billing, and collections remain current and accurate Payroll and commission information is submitted correctly and on schedule Leads are routed quickly with clear ownership Hub Spot contains reliable sales and customer information Salespeople spend less time performing administrative work Leadership can quickly see accurate sales and operational information Repetitive administrative work becomes increasingly standardized or automated Business systems stay organized without constant leadership oversight Showroom and office operations run professionally and reliably Important renewals, deadlines, and administrative requirements do not fall through the cracksA strong candidate is a person who naturally organizes the process, asks why something is being done manually, catches inconsistencies, and follows an issue through until it is resolved. Preferred Expereince 3+ years in business operations, sales operations, office operations, accounting administration, or a similar cross-functional role Experience with Quickbooks Online, and CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot Experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, or contract administration Experience supporting payroll and employee reimbursements Experience reviewing sales commissions or incentive compensation Working knowledge of accounts payable and basic accounting workflows Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and general computer skills Experience working with outside accountants, payroll providers, marketing firms, IT providers, or other outsourced business partners Experience in construction, building materials, design, architecture, home improvement, or another project-based business is a plus Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or process improvement is highly desirable If you wish to apply, please send your resume to info@designerwindowsupply.com.
