Job Description: The Roofing/Siding Technician plays a crucial role in residential construction by installing and repairing roofing and siding materials. This position works closely within a small team, reporting to the project manager, and requires frequent travel to multiple job sites. The technician ensures high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and maintaining excellent customer interaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities: Install roofing materials following project specifications Install siding on residential properties with precision Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices Inspect for damage and perform necessary repairs Engage professionally with customers during projects Maintain clean and organized work sites post-completion

Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in roofing and siding installation High school diploma or equivalent Proven skills in roof and siding installation Strong understanding of safety compliance Experienced in the use of roofing tools and equipment Ability to handle materials and perform physically demanding tasks Excellent problem-solving abilities Effective teamwork and communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills
