The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Arizona team. This full-time hybrid position is based out of the Ignite Phoenix Test Kitchen, a space built for test drives, live demos, menu development, and customer training. You'll own the growth of the Arizona territory, strengthening existing relationships while opening doors to new business. Your customers will include K-12 and higher education, healthcare, hospitality, restaurant chains, foodservice equipment dealerships, and foodservice designers and consultants.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and grow sales throughout your assigned territory Identify and develop new business opportunities Build lasting customer relationships and serve as a trusted, knowledgeable resource Lead product presentations, training sessions, and equipment demonstrations Partner with our culinary team on customer events and demos at the Phoenix Test Kitchen Keep your pipeline organized and accountable in Salesforce
What You Bring:
Minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience Foodservice equipment sales experience (required)Previous experience with a foodservice equipment dealership, manufacturer/factory, manufacturers' representative, or K-12 foodservice program (preferred)Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Confidence presenting, training, and demonstrating equipment for small to medium-sized groups Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience working within Salesforce or another CRMAbility to travel throughout Arizona for customer meetings and sales callsA self-starter mindset with the drive to win new business while growing existing accounts
