About the role

Banana Republic is seeking a Senior Stylist, Visual Direction to elevate Lay Down work. You will lead PPLD styling, coordinate with Photo and Retouching, and push workflow improvements with new tools including AI. Coaching stylists and maintaining high standards are core. You will partner with Brand to ensure premium imagery across categories, while modernizing the workflow and ensuring timely deliverables.
