About the role
As the first Founding Sales Development Representative in a full-time remote role, the candidate will manage outbound prospecting efforts, engage decision-makers in the AI and cybersecurity sectors, and generate qualified meetings to build a robust sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
Run high-intensity, multi-channel outbound prospecting to engage target stakeholders
Research and prioritize target accounts, identifying key decision-makers
Book 20+ qualified discovery meetings per month and source 5+ qualified opportunities for the sales team
Required qualifications
2-4 years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or cybersecurity; exceptional entry-level candidates may be considered
Demonstrated ability to self-start and handle rejection with a hunter mentality
Ability to articulate a credible message in a nascent market
Genuine interest in AI security and motivation for joining the company
Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and adaptable based on feedback
