Chasing Your Dreams ABA (CYD) is seeking an experienced BCBA in the Davidson County area who wants excellent hourly compensation, control over their caseload, and less administrative burden. CYD offers flexible weekday scheduling and remote work options where possible, plus mileage reimbursement and a $5,000 onboarding incentive. We provide a supportive BT/RBT team and maintain a BCBA-owned and operated structure.
