Chip-Making Process Manager You're the kind of person who keeps things cookingliterally. In this role, you're at the center of the chip-making process, managing the fry from start to finish. It's fast, it's hot, and it takes focusbut you take pride in getting it right. This Might Be You If: You work well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments You stay focused on quality and details You're comfortable around heat, noise, and machinery You're a team player who communicates and steps in when needed
What You'll Be Doing: Operating kettles and monitoring the frying process Assisting the Lead Kettle Operator and stepping in as needed Maintaining oil levels and adjusting equipment (including slicers) Coordinating with prep and packing teams Inspecting product for quality and food safety Completing logs and reporting any issues Cleaning, sanitizing, and keeping your area organized
What You'll Need: Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a hot, noisy environment Physical stamina to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and safety Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn If you're ready to handle the heat and be a key part of the processthis might be your role.
Pay: $19.75/hr. Rate includes $19 base rate & a $0.75 Team B differential.
