About the role
Optomi, in partnership with a leading technology organization, is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Technical Program Manager.
Position Summary:
This is an opportunity for a senior project leader to help drive major enterprise technology initiatives, including cloud migration and infrastructure modernization. Working across multiple technical teams, this person will play a key role in turning strategic roadmaps into action, keeping complex programs on track, and ensuring leadership has visibility into progress, risks, and results.

- Leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives spanning cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise integration.
- Working directly with technical leaders and executive stakeholders, with the visibility and influence to drive decisions, accountability, and results.
- Taking ownership of multiple workstreams in a primarily remote environment, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role.
- What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- Senior-level project or program management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
- A strong technical infrastructure background, ideally with experience in Azure or cloud migration, data centers, or infrastructure modernization.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams, managing budgets and timelines, and driving executive-level reporting, governance, and risk management.
- What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
- Drive progress across multiple infrastructure workstreams, managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Hold technical teams and stakeholders accountable, proactively identify risks, and keep initiatives moving forward.
- Oversee project financials, communicate progress to executive leadership, and ensure projects stay aligned with established governance and security requirements.
