About Solace
Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.
We're a Series B startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, and Signalfire. Our team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.
Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, well-organized environment for employees and visitors.

Maintain office supplies, snacks, and facilities, keeping the space clean, stocked, and ready for use.
Provide on-site support during interview weeks, including candidate check-ins, escorting, and room coordination.
Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-ins, building access, and serving as the first point of contact in the office.
Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and adjustments in partnership with the recruiting team.
Partner with People Operations to help improve processes as we expand or move into larger space.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
